How many of you flush the engines when you return to your home port. Flushing the engines with fresh water for a minimum of 15 to 20 minuets will reduce the wear of the internal parts of your motor. Remember that the engines are using salt water to cool them. Salt water is like litter termites that will eat and destroy your motor. You do not want to be stuck in the Ocean or drifting to who knows where because your engines fails.
